About the Participant

Awuor Onyango

Awuor Onyango is a Kenyan multidisciplinary artist, writer, and cultural researcher working at the intersection of art, history, feminism, and African epistemologies. Her practice explores archives, lived knowledge, and the politics of visibility, with a focus on how artists act as mediums, mirrors, and archivists of social memory. She is a co-founder of African Art Agenda and works across writing, moving image, and experimental publishing.
