About the Participant

Alexandra
Jane

Alexandra Jane is an essayist, contemporary art writer and curator. As a Black Lesbian Feminist, she filters her work through a trilateral lens of identity that additionally informs her politics and practices. Her writing can be found online via digital platforms such as 21Ninety, Feminessay, and The Nappy Head Club. She currently resides in Charlotte, North Carolina where she hosts a variety of Black feminist literary events, and also serves as a 2020 - 2021 fellow of The League of Creative Interventionists.
