About the Participant

Laïssa C. Alexis

Laïssa (she/her) is currently an MA student at Columbia University. She was born and lived in Haiti for 8 years, before moving to her current home in New Jersey. She enjoys reading science fiction, writing, watching movies, and always pencils time during her day to daydream.
